My father was recruited as class 2 officer in state govt. Got promoted to class 1 AFTER age of 40 . He is now retired. His pension is more than 8 lakh . Am I cl or incl ? Really confused someone plz answer

This year AIR 1 is also an OBC whose father works in state PSU, but in allocation list he was considered General category.
Only god knows when this thing will sort out.

bhaiyo please clear my confusion- my father work in bsnl as a SDE(SUB DIVISIONL ENGINEER) ..he promote as a SDE after 40 year of age..now at 59 he is still as a SDE ...am i elgibile for OBC NCL or not?? @sarcasmar please help..
