Right to Vote and to be elected should be constitutional right, SC judgement is the law of the land. Koi aur kuch bhi bole fark nahi padta. P.S. this is just my humble opinion.
oh I 2 have same humble opinion. Explanation - right to propertyis a legal right. cz it was inserted through a new article 300A by an act of parliament, (the FR was abolished ) however this right to vote was already mentioned in the constitution(article 326) by the framers during its inception itself. Another example can be- we have constitutional and statutory bodies. The difference is that the one introduced by an act of parliament becomes a statutory body like our NHRC, CVC etc.
Supreme court has said that there is difference between freeodom of voting(article 326) and right to vote(RPA-1951).. by this, supreme court means that any person who is above 18 has right to be enrolled in electoral rolls(article-326) However, right to exercise vote is strictly regulated by RPA-1951. So, by this logic i marked it legal.
@root i have taken your mgp course thinking you guys are different and care for student needs. But lagta hai ab mere 18k waste gye. I will not be giving any tests in mgp further because you guys are biased aur india jaise mentor mujhe bilkul bhi nhi chahiye chahe mera kabhi yeh exam clear na ho. I am highly disappointed. Where is the right to equality? India jaise log lobbying karein aur hum unreser ved ka kya.... Are we not equal participants in this democracy..... To hell with your biased attitude
Who closed that email wala thread? Forum has allowed in past many such initiatives, you just need to be respectful, not hurt sentiments and not spam various thread. It was here only anti csat movement originated, it was here that age of demand relaxation originated, various threads are running aiming at increase of attempts due to sudden change of movement. I see no reason who closed it and why? India bhai started his movent here and mobilized many, what transpired that forum all of sudden changed its policy? @King_Arthur or anyone give me link of your thread. I will open it. @root idk if it was you, if it was you, please write one comment there so that genuinely we can believe forum has changed its policy and close all threads otherwise it will attest that it is biased work of some moderator who is threatening to ban people for such thread.
