How to handle emotional problems in life?? I m really fed up of all my personal issues .. I have no one support in my preparation .. Had faced a lot of issues in my life .. Someone please help to overcome ..
@amethyst Just think about the worst case scenario and what would you do in that case.If you can some how reconcile yourself with that then you go on. You just have to overcome your fear. There is simple mantra "Be good and Do good." Don't bring unnecessary pressure on you. Always remember that Geeta teaching : It is only karma that is in our hand not fal. Hope it helps!!!
I hv faced a lot of unexpected happenings in my life ..not it has reach its limits, which I can't bear any more .. making my life tougher and tougher .. due to lot of sensitive nature its creating more problem for me ..else I would hv been out of this issue long before only ..
