    crocks have such unshaped teeth...
    Lions do not dare to cross that territory... :mrgreen:
    Lions are called lions for a reason...lions kill everything in a jungle...everything!
    But they don't hv such cheer phaad teeth. :| ...jungle k beech nadiyan hoti h. :p
    See..lion is king not because of power only...many animals have their own domains of strength ..like in water crock is the king most of the time. On land even a giraffe's one leg punch is enough to kill lion..so is the case of buffalo head blow, or even elephant's trampling..but hunting is not all about that only.

    Lion is the only animal which can kill everything literally everything in the jungle...no other animal matches this capability with lions.
    Was traversing the various threads friends..couldn't resist seeing such a discussion and hence want to add a point.
    I hope you all wouldn't mind ...

    Reptiles in comparison with mammals tend to have a very strong and quick lactic acid accumulation.hence crocodiles can get fatigued and worked up very quickly,when compared to lions/other less stronger cats.
    They tend to become inactive for a long time after a few minutes of intense activity.
    So,more chances of lion winning /gaining the upper hand.

    Hmm...but that seems to be case with almost all the predator..for example if big cats fail in 2/3 successive hunts..the group has to abandon the idea of hunting for the time ..or may be even for that day..because of fatigue.

    I give you an example..cheetah can not run for more than 300mts in same tempo..and in fact zebra/beast or dear..can maintain their tempo for much larger distance..that's the region you might have seen big cats first try to come as close as possible..on average less than thirty meters..only then a successful hunt can be made. if the pray becomes alert in advance big cats usually go hungry that night.

    nature is such a tactful design :blush:
  • hope this is the new night bird thread if i am not wrong :p
    @Wind_Energy kaisa hai bhai :) ;)
    badhia bhai......spidey (tom holland) ka new selfie dekha hai??? its the coolest selfie ever
  • Jk dosti khatam
