Atleast try to look into the working of moderators.Some of them behave in a senseless manner as if the forum is a district and they are the DM

THEY CONSIDER IT THEIR WHOLE SOLE RIGHT ,TO WRITE ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER

Hower poke their nose even in the meaningful things of others.
Please try to elect mods who have some good knowledge too.some of them seem to be too ignorant
Ps:I know that the discussion would be deleted/closed, But i expect some integrity from the moderators and hope the thread would remain alive.


Ps:mods having sound knowledge would be an edge for the members.
Atleast have a sound selection procedure.

You seem pissed off at NeyawnG. Why is this sir? Dont be so touchy. Every moderator has to be strict to control the people. And you should really get a feel for being bossed around. If you cant take moderators, how will you take Politicians and ur seniors.

You seem to have some issues with command and hierarchy. Better join NGO rather than Civil service or Change your attitude.

In civil service, the Politicians mince no words. They will use worse language and u cant reply in kind. You will have to be always civil and calm come whatever may. Its a requied trait of Civil Servant. You should inculcate it.

You mean to say, Only one person handles all these... developing contents like editorials, summaries of current affairs, test series, some other articles... to supervise discussions by creating multiple moderators profiles, and handling all of them alone along with other stuffs...
