Need advice regarding setting up coaching institute

Yesterday ESE results were declared and I felt "so near yet so far" situation yet again. Civil services,legalised gambling for sophisticated youth , had cast a spell on me and made me quit a well paying MNC job only to find myself getting bankrupt.

To get out of this vicious cycle, i along with a friend have decided to open a coaching institute for IIT JEE in our town in Jharkhand.
We are not financially well off. Is it worth taking the risk again or travel the path most travelled ie. Corporate job.

P.S. I had joined a govt. Job via cgl just few months ago to continue preparation for IAS 2017 but with continued failure in interview stage of IAS,IES, I am disillusioned .

Dear brother,what is ur age? If above 27, I will suggest you to take well beaten path(MNC, SSC) or try once more for ESE. More the age, lesser is the risk taking appetite. Failures seriously dampen the self confidence if age is high.

Based on my experiences and others Whom I know, join some coaching institute as a faculty , make some name amongst student community and then only when you are sure you have a visibility you should invest in coaching institute . Believe me it is a huge investment.
