Where does UPSC ask such questions

Guys, two things are clear :

1. It is not any institution or coaching's capacity to make a breakthrough in understanding what type of questions will come.

2. It is better we set aside the debate of controversial questions and try our collective minds to force analyse why and from where these questions are being asked by UPSC?!

Source gathering and pattern of questions should be researched and analysed instead of going after short term goals like what will be the cut off.

Please contribute.

    on a serious note ...

    Bhai preparation should be holistic ...not lopsided (like someone giving extra focus to Current only).

    * Current k liye koi bi ek source pakdo ... sirf ek ...(more= overkill, unnecessary) ... Vision PT ya Insights , ye best 2 hain
    * Current PT-365 nahi ...PT-730 karo (I mean , last 2 years minimum). Mains me bhi yahi scene dekhne ko mil raha hai

    * Static k liye standard sources to hr kisi ko pata hain

    * Baaki time mile to India Year Book dekho ...iss baar kai Questions hain IYB se ... Pehle bi kisi zamaane me IYB k bhar bhar k questions hote the ...beech me thoda decline hua, but it is still one source on which we can rely
  • Bhaaisaab pura preparation sab koi karta hai agar serious aspirant ho toh...lekin questions jo aya ismei holistic karke bhi bohut difficult hai.. everything is different now..bookish knowledge wont be enough and if it is then god knows which books UPSC want us to refer

    bhai knowledge to bookish hi hogi :p Chandipur me tides se ocean surface dikhti hai, iske liye koi chandipur thodi jaaega :D {bro dont take it otherwise}

    Han yaar , hr koi tyaari krta hai ...Standard + Current hr koi krta hai ... But bhot kam logo ne 2015 & H1-2016 dekha hoga ...
    Fir IYB bhi har koi nahi karta aajkal ...

    Beshak if anyone is sincerely preparing to CSE, to usko apne saare senses open rakhne padenge.

    Intelligent Guesswork bi kaafi important hai..

    Baaki bhai marks (at each stage) has a lot to do with luck ... kisi k kam marks hain, then it may not always mean that he has lesser knowledge , or has poor strategy

    Bhai I have walked on the same beach during low tide in my class XII in chandipur but forgot the special phenomenon.
