  • Can we take up this issue of 'Age calculation date' as well in the court......

There are so many serious candidates who are 'Eligible but Not-eligible' bcoz of this date issue. As UPSC is using 01.08.xx as the date for age calculation, people who are born in the month of july(forget july....july 31st also not eligible) not able to apply.

Note : UPSC is conducting the exam in the month of June.

One is not over aged here on the date of writing the exam(i.e 3rd June 2018)(ELIGIBLE)..., but over aged because of a later date(01.08.2018) which is being considered(Not-eligible).

Why cant UPSC calculate this from 01.01.xx date , so that it will close the matter once and for all.

Note : why only 01.01.xx, why not before that(as one cant go beyond that, i.e to prev year

There are many examples in the history of UPSC , where people not only cleared , but also topped the very exam and got into the coveted IAS IPS service , despite having over 30 or in their last attempt.

    -Ira Singhal
    -Poonam dalal dahiya
-Suruchi choudhary (2016 batch) and many more.

There are candidates from other category who gets so many more extra attempts(i am not at all against them here), but a candidate from general wont, because of a certain date is being considered.

Is this not drawback in UPSC system???

supreme court se nyay jarur milta h
yaha sarkaar ne poore national channels pe Dindayal ji ko country ke har ek revolution ka janak ghosit kar diya hai..
(the govt on all national channels has declared dindayal ji as the progenitor of all worthy achievements of the nation till today)

More than the need of sterilization through demonetization, there is need of sterilization of such politics/exagerrations..
Except for the dirty scams of Congress, politics was not so indecent.. Rahul Gandhi is honest man, there are doubts on Modi, he encashed his humble beginnings to win the political gamble..
The decency of politics has hugely denigrated in the recent years.. I never saw a President anytime justifying that he does not belong to any political party.. These are hilarious times of politics and confusing times of governance with blah-blah-blah schemes, no real outcome.. and 80000 crore bulllet train not to Jharkhand, CG, Bihar or UP but to already developed Mumbai-Ahmedabad, the region of Shah-Ambani-Adani-Modi... What about the underdeveloped regions??

Fir bhi aiise mahol me bhi nyay ki ummeed rakhni to chahiye, because hope is life!! hope the litigants win...
  • bhai logo, apko is case me kya hone ki umeed h, lets discuss.
  • kuch tufani ya fuss?
  • kuch tufani ya fuss?
    Fuss
  • Atleast some people had the ability of taking the matter to the SC. Whatever the outcome you guys are trying to make things happen rather than just criticising.
Cheers Niraj Singh & Vishal Rathi.
  • If not any miracle, atleast some directive to UPSC to mend it's ways and shun the attitude of might is right should be done to uphold the justice. All the best guys....
