do u have any spc reasn 4 2nd...
last year also it was in august. some people give this argument that last time prelim was late ..in june
but see in 2010 also pt was in may 20. then also result came out late..i.e. august
upsc people just told me 1st week august, so i am assuming aug 2 as it is thursday.
