PSU guys... How to face medical board

Hello all,
It was my 3rd attempt at both CSE & IFOS mains..
I am working in a PSU from 5yrs.. But this time I took slightly higher risk, not contacted my department during almost 3 month & now my case is pending with HR Head. Earlier i used to submit medical document & easily get way but this time HR head has asked me to submit all medical documents directly to him & he will look into if a medical board is required.
I have no idea what might happen & this type of action is rare here & hence my colleague here also don't hv much idea.
I am looking for suggestions..
1. How to sort out issues, easily (without having to face medical board)
2. What will happen, if medical board finds me wrong. What actions are possible in that case

Experience guys can help

1)Join as soon as possible .what was the medical reason? Else go to higher authority and cry like anything...
2)Only they many give punishment related to stagnation of pay-hike or demotion etc.check the CDA rule...

which PSU? and what type of medical reason..is it related to blood...?

Gs-4 k tools use karlo. persuade him,use your contacts (people of organization who might have good impression of you and might talk to him as well).This would particularly help if his batchmates or ex-colleagues,with whom he had good repo, are approached.

Secondly, Agar baat na bane to emotional ho Jaao. EOL lagwa do. 720 days to shayad MD Ko power hai... Par 180 days to ek middle level wala de Sakta hai.

Baaki medical li hai,to medical dhang ka banawao. Back pain, season flu, etc combined ka, not that ki ek hi cheez 3 mahine tak. Ab isme koi medical board bhi pareshan nahin kar payega.I hope you have these docs bcz back date main kuch bhi banana is impossible.

But the best thing is ki cheezo medical board tak na pahuche.

And 1 advice hai.And try to take EOL next time. Mann ki Shanti bhi rehati hai or galat kaam bhi nahin.

I was with ongc and now in IRS(IT). 1st it's difficult to believe that in ongc they r taking up matter to medical board. I never heard this even if people took 6 months leave.
But in any case my suggestion would be
1. They can't take any action against u if u have cmo certificate.
2. Tell him u r ready for medical board.
3. But if medical board confirms ur health issue u will file case of harassment against him too.
4. Try to pursue him but don't be submissive. In all probability he won't do anything.
