This is for those of you who did not clear the Mains or did not clear in the final list after the Interview

Especially those candidates who appeared for their first Interview, Please prepare well for the Prelims by studying day and night. I can tell you that there are tens of thousands of candidates who have appeared for one Interview - did not make it to the list - build high expectations - and then dont study for prelims , and then are not able to clear Prelims in all future attempts - becoming one time Interview wonders. Please dont make this mistake.

Its fine if you did not make it. Its not fine, if you jeopardize your future attempts because of it.

I suffered the same fate last time. 2nd interview in 3rd attempt. But still no rank.

I got rank in the 530's this time. Not a good one, but gave me the boost to go full throttle for the next attempt.

So keep trying my friend. Just clear prelims. Clear mains by a margin and you'll get again in this 'feel good' zone when you wait for the final result.

I had dengue just before the mains. Maybe that had an impact.

Rest the marksheet can only tell.

Yeah I get it. I lost 15 full days and wrote mains in weakness.
