First of all, thanks a lot once again for all the comments on my earlier discussion.
ie.
http://discuss.forumias.com/discussion/30983/should-i-go-ahead-with-this-examIs it possible for me to appear for the next UPSC, because I want to have a taste of its preparation, along with my actual state PCS preparation.Remark: I am not eligible for UPSC, but I wanna have a taste of its preparation and unlike the views of many people on this Forum,( that the 2 preparations are very different) I feel that this will only add to my strengths, shall keep me motivated and moreover, shall enable me to judge and compare my preparation and abilities at the National level.
What I actually want to ask is:
1) If I apply for the next application form, using my actual Category and DoB, the system shall obviously reject me. (Greater than 32 !)
2) The other option is to provide the wrong category for the same DoB, for which the system shall not reject my application.
However, I still would have to provide the necessary documents to support the claim, which I obviously do not have.!
I hope, I have been able to express myselves. So, are there any ways, in which I can face the entire exam process, for once. !
I just want to do this.I want to face the exam rigours once and I believe, it will help me in improving myselves as a person and even as a prospective State Services officer. !

for gods sake this debate of promotees vs direct recruits is flawed and useless...dont dwell into it. (i dont know which modafuka cretaed this promotee vs dr debate).
forget upsc move on and embrace state pcs wholeheartedly. In my state 2008 batch dysps got promoted to IPS with retrospective effect from 2016. they are now holding plum posts in state capital.
Yes its true that state pscs requires comparatively less hardwork but only for hard core upsc aspirants who flunked in mains or interview not for complete beginners .
If you dont believe me try uppsc this year.
Dont know
Its not fun to be that beyond 2 years .When people now ask me i bluntly reply that i have moved on since was not good enough
Beyond ias ifs ips n irs the only difference that remains vis a vis sdm is in salary and ofcourse dowry
