Yeah...paper is more analytical..in 2017 it is more factual...persons preparing for upsc can easily qualify gr1 prelims...but in mains..thete will be ap history..and mains date may coincide..also gr1 is more unpredictable..very few posts...local reservation..in 2017 mains cutoff for oc women is around 480..
