Disclaimer : I am not an expert on cracking prelims. My views are personal and don't want to get into arguments. Intend no offence to anyone.
1) Stop following Telegram for prelim related content. I have referred many such current affairs and GS summary notes. Totally useless. Will only increase your anxiety and stress.
2) Don't go overboard with current affairs magazine. I read multiple current affair magazines(including those of pib,prs etc). UPSC has access to these pdfs too. And they want to make this prelim more difficult. Connect the dots.
3) Mocks are becoming useless. They were of some utility in the past. But from now I don't think they are worth it. No mock can and ever will match UPSC's standard. Wasted a lot of time solving them.
4) Giving a whole a lot for prelim is pointless. But work on CSAT. It's getting difficult every passing year. I thought was good at CSAT. But this year's comprehension part shattered my belief
5) Stop following toppers strategy and strategies by Gurus on social media, youtube and telegram. Stop digging your own grave.
6) Work on your luck. I don't know how to do that. Visit Dargahs,Temples, Astrologers and Babas. Ask for dua, manat or vardhan. Whatever works for you.
