1) Make a closed group of not more than 5-7 serious members so that the group couldn't become chaotic and serve the purpose well.
2) Let everyone study as per one's own plan/strategy. One-size-fits-all is neither needed, nor appropriate.
3) The group discussions should be formal and should be related to studies ONLY.
