Eligibility for CSP 2015 for 2011 aspirants

Dear friends;
As per the age limit fixed in last year civil service; I am not eligible in CSP 2015. Since I have completed 32 years but in last year; Govt. Has announced that applicant of 2011 will be given 1 more chance in 2015. This announcement does not clarify regarding age criteria. May please guide me that whether I have any chance to appear in CSP 2015. This year I did not get success in Prelims but if I will get another chance then I will try to give my best effort for success. Please help me on the above confusion.
