2 years bench? aren't u scared now? what exactly is happening now with respect to pink slips in tcs? Since am from another IT company, I fear this TCS pink slip story. TCS is considered a govt job. If they resort to pink slips, then every IT org will follow suit. So, request u to clear the air on what exactly is happening and how u r managing to survive despite being on bench for 2 yrs?
I contacted my friends in TCS bangalore to find out about the recent firing events in tcs...They told that motly people from higher work experience are axed who have been under performing or the recent joinees....if your are in the middle you are safer....... @bhargava bhai where in hyderabad? i was in Q city for 3 months for ilp... oct 2011 batch...
