I called a while before to UPSC and I was being told that notification is likely to be delayed and it won't be coming before may end.... Infact it could go even upto june first week....So tomorrow there is no chance for the notification.... P.S- This is based upon the telephonic conversation...I do not have any source...

Absolutely....csat will not be that easy... Gs paper 1 will be little bit more analytical... May be or may be not...but certainly it will be different..Never predict upsc..I realised it in csat paper last year when I was searching decision making questions...
