Exam anxiety seems to be reason for this state of mind.
  • If at home then spend some time with family members and involve in some other activities for a day.
You'r saying u didnt study from last 3 days but perhaps you were thinking of this only all the time thats y it didnt help you.
Baaki bhaayaa person to person vary karta hai. Do whatever works for you.
  • If you smoke or drink alcohol/tea/coffee, try cutting it down to moderate levels. Don't over-consume; don't go cold turkey; gradually wane it off if it's bad for you. Focus on a healthy diet. Reduce junk food - especially processed sugar, intake. Make sure you get adequate sleep. Keep yourself hydrated. If there's some anxiety in your life, try and address it the best you can. If these things fail and your symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor.
  • get ur b12 and vitamin d levels checked or if u dont have time for this take a good multivitamin or b complex .90 percent of people are b12 deficient and they dont know it .in d mean time do some meditation and try to remove emotional triggers
  • take one day rest from study (for me its saturday which combine the rest for study and work ) watch movies chat on net fourm like ...

first thing is visit some eye specialist and get the strength of ur eye muscles chcked...it happnes sometimes due to optical muscles weakness .cut on ur tea coffee, nicotine ,if possible dont take them at all....or better take green tea..they aggravate it.dont eat fried food, specially fast foods...take green vegetables.it aggravates in hot climatic conditions...try to be in AC rooms,u will feel better for sure, but with frequent outside walks, specially in the evening.u need multivitamins.visit some neuro doctor too and explain in detail......u r sleeping but its not proper sleep,ur eyes r not getting proper rest.dont study in a stretch once u recover, sleep after every two to three hours for half n hour or something else it will recur.dont use laptop or smart phones till exams if possible.it will make situation worse.u might be suffering from constipation too?m i right?

now one immediate relief trick i m telling u...may be of great help...try tomorrow and tell if it works or not.---early morning, before sunrise, may be at 3-4 am , go to some park and do extensive running for few kms and exhaust urself (bhai limit me exhaust karna, dont try getting exahusted till extinguished)and come back and sleep for two hours, get up and do yoga, specially pranayam and breathing exercises.then get up and study...it will take time to cure properly, but u should see the result from tomorrow itself.if u do the same then let me know tomorrow wether it worked or not.aur tthoda bahar ghuma fira karo sham me.avoid sun in the day time, raat me u can have it .if u have some hair salon nearby go for head massage sometimes ...and apply navratna oil in the evening.

ps---i m not from medical bakcground, neither a psychologist/psychiatrist,i m just a cold blooded warrior...try all at ur own risk :p but let me know the results tomorrow if u try my trick :D all the best :)

Agree with @Arminius . Visit an eye specialist asap. S/he might prescribe vitamins too along with sleeping tablets for a few days. But you'll have to unplug from technology for a while. @chipad_banda . Get well soon!

Work out. Run for few kilometres. This will help clear your head even if you don't want to. Run beyond your capacity so that you are truly tired.
    Meditate.
Watch a movie or chill with friends for a day.
Do all three and not just one

Doesn't work then see a doc.
  • thanx @Arminius and everyone... i do go for running for almost 2-3 km everyday that too intense running and not jogging. Hardly consume any outside junk ... i guess its optical nerves vaala scenario , will get eyes checked tomorrow... thanks everyone for help. Will post if i m able to put an end to this. Thanks @Padha_Likha_Bakayit @nexgen
