thanx @Arminius and everyone... i do go for running for almost 2-3 km everyday that too intense running and not jogging. Hardly consume any outside junk ... i guess its optical nerves vaala scenario , will get eyes checked tomorrow... thanks everyone for help. Will post if i m able to put an end to this. intense running exerts pressure on eye muscles,same is the case with gym.thatsy i said to sleep for two hours after running .
