bhai agar 2011-14 mein jo appear huye the, unko attempt deni hai..then whats the need of 33/7 ? unko aise hi is saal ek attempt di ja sakti hai irrespective of their age and no of attempts...only official notification will clear everythin

got ur point....but there is a possibility that someone might have appeared only in 2015 or 2016 without attempting between 2011-14 and has crossed 31 .....unko ye attempt extra mil jaayega.....haalaki this then has no relation to aggrieved students because logically they have not suffered during that period.....there is no use guessing in the air....abhi to ye bhi officially confirm nahi hua hai ki there will be any extra attempt/exemption.....let the notification come ....
If the CSE rules have been amended, will it be published in the weekly Gazette?
