  • Anyone doing their second optional at present ? How you are managing time ? I am doing my first optional (civil engg.) at present and General Studies. Will post duration mains be enough to do Forestry or Agriculture ?
I read the manikandan book over a week in december, mind, read as in a casual glance. According to previous toppers, apparently 12-15 days is good enough. But IDK, I'm in the same boat as you, civil + whatever will always be a headache.
Yes it will be. Thats why I was thinking to read the other optional only after cse mains. Need to do civil really well before prelims this time.
Indeed. At times I kick myself and think what am I doing with civil. Anyway, hope this helps

Its good. I did similar progress tracking for prelims tests. I will download it and modify it for civil engg. 2.5 months is all I have for civil engg. In this doing the following will be very tough. :|
    1. IES Master booklets
    2. Making short notes + formula sheets
    3. Std. Book egs.
    4. Last 10 years PYQs of CSE + IFS + ESE.
Let me know whats your plan.
