Upsc can very well change its ans bcs Both these question 1998and 2017are different in options ....in 1998 options were not 13 and 123...

Brother you also know Removal and suspension are two different things. And with prez rule CoM of state is Suspended untill approved by parl. baki UPSC knows the answer. i rest my case. just tell me how CoM got instated in arunachal without a oath.
