  • @comrade_stalin I hope we all know the difference between suspension and removal from service as we are vying for IAS/IPS.
  • earlier after one month we used to read different inside peeps from different people having some genuine sources. sometimes they were right. sometimes they were not. ab to yeh sab dekhne ko bhi nahi milta. either trolls or other trolls are trolling!
this also highlight the need of competition in any sector. earlier there was Orkut. now it's none!
India, Bond, Varsha, Chacha Bhopali, Player10, Fuhrer may be wrong on some occasions but they had access to Dholpur office some way or the other was beyond any doubt. moreover their intention was never malafide!
    Good old days! Damn!
Bhai aap fir aaj nostalgic ho gaye aaj..Waise u are right...Iss saal wo mahaul toh nahi hai ...
Pres rule pe aapko 2 baar tag kar chuka hun...Daal do prakaash ab B)
bhai extremely sorry! haath jod kar! didn't get any tag :'(
uska all hoga. usmein kya confusion hai ?
Kyuki laxmikant and koi bhi coaching institute ne all nhi diya hai...Was looking for option 2 validity...Removal and suspension me isue hai ya fir kuchh aur?
removal means removing them from the office while suspension means they remain in the office without having the power to exercise their powers for time being!
post Bommai case it's quite clear that the governor shouldn't immediately dissolve the assembly without having made the best of efforts to restore the normalcy during those time! in the meanwhile the assembly can be put in suspension mode and the opposing parties can be given the chance to prove the majority. if the incumbent government proves it again, the suspension ends and they resume!
Ispe phir se discussion shuru... refer qn 176... asked (1998) after bommai case (1994)
@Narnia isne to link de me mamla hi khatm kar diya ..y will uPSC go against its previous ques ? :/
UPSC is not institution of records ok. It can change answers. read page 65 of this.

You are hoping for too much
Brother you also know Removal and suspension are two different things. And with prez rule CoM of state is Suspended untill approved by parl. baki UPSC knows the answer. i rest my case. just tell me how CoM got instated in arunachal without a oath.

    https://www.google.co.in/amp/indianexpress.com/article/india/india-news-india/arunachal-pradesh-presidents-rule-quashed-by-sc-nabam-tuki-reinstated-as-cm/lite/

It was because the sc declared president rule imposed as unconstitutional
  • read the article ..the com was dismissed but sc declared president rule as unconstitutional hence it got reinstated as it was earlier
  • Tax to gdp also. Old question answer most probably d

yeah, then Why Laxmibabu has not updated his book considering Bommai judgement?
    laxmikant on art 356

give attention on can so its not constitutionally mandatory to remove the CoM of state. It can be suspended as in ICSE boo.
hmm... somewhere in this book only on "Effects of Proclamation" its written that CoM is dismissed. Not sure what they will consider. Moreover there is a question also of 1998 on similar lines.
Bhai I have last 20 years arihant solved pre papers between 1995-2015..
There is no que like this in 1998..
If u want I can upload polity part of 1998
    .
PSIR optional prelims ka question hai wo.... RTV bhi 2000 prelims ke paper se repeted hai
    answer kya hai
    https://books.google.co.in/books?id=CbZDDAAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=gbs_ge_summary_r&cad=0#v=snippet&q=President rule&f=false

RTV ka pata nahi kyunki koi official key vailable nahi hai us time ka

President rule ka 1 and 3 hai kynki 1998 bale paper aur is year main yahi 1 option matching hai
Bhai bas ek hi issue hai... this ques talks about reasons for Prez rule; our ques wad about effects of prez rule. Secondly the not necessary part is tricky as well

I have read it, I was just clarifying on Arunachal Pradesh case
  • No... I hv marked it as motupalli
Upsc frames most of it's questions from Wikipedia ........ So jus see Wikipedia ........don't fr research articles
Fir toh masuli ke chance hain :|

I hv marked it as masuli only it's motupalli fr sure......... Don tell me I said Wikipedia ....... This question was very unfair..... No one who had studied Andhra board would answer it as masuli...... Very unfair question indeed .... From ancient India .........
  • Option A will be most correct answer wrt RPL question Option D has very poor chances .
here is the reasoning behind it. it's d process of certifying not a process of training under pmkvy

    here what It-ites SSCNasscom says

"Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform to provide recognition to the informal learning or learning through work to get equal acceptance as the formal levels of education. It aims to appreciate prior learning irrespective of the medium of achieving it. In short, RPL is a process of assessment of an individual’s prior learning to give due importance to learning as an outcome rather than learning as process.

special mention of construction worker makes Option A doubtful but other source National skill development mission booklet says (page 21 objectives under sub mission infrastructure)

To provide existing workers in this sector the opportunity to have long-term sustainable livelihoods through RPL and up-skilling.
'existing workers' and 'through RPL' words dilute the chances of option D because it clearly says
Certifying the skills acquired by trainees which contradicts provision of RPL
@vadacurry ... hmm checked rpl on chomans channel.. I m surprised that that guy has actually given good reasoning for the answer and talked about things I didn't know before. Still, will consider it wrong only :disappointed:
