yes, i was shocked when i found out about this. it wasnt blood stains as such, but the dna of hemraj. later cbi brushed it off as a typograhical error. they said, it was supposed to say there was dna of hemraj on hemrajs pillow, not krishnas pillow.
besides, rajesh was constantly on either calls from america, dubai , mumbai, a fellow surgeon with whom he was to perform a surgery the next day or he was online between 10-12. now lets say, i m rajesh and there has been a seething discontent in the house since a few days with my only child regarding my extra marital affair, i would sit down n fix it first. i wouldnt go around doing my normal business and also making a "thing to do" note saying - ohh i have to kill my daughter at 12, after i m done replying to my emails.
the next day at 6 am, nupur calls hemraj thinking he has gone to fetch milk, somebody picks up the phone, doesnt say anything and then disconnects n switches off. if i was rajesh and i have just killed my daughter n hemraj with the plans of framing hemraj, i would never ever switch on the phone, let alone taking a call. interestingly, when this last call was picked up on hemrajs phone, it was within the radius of the houses of the talwars and that of krishna. so it could be that either the call was picked up from within the house, or it woke up a heavily drunk krishna in his room, or the murderer had just thrown it on the road while on run and somebody found it.
On the one page of high court judgement it is written that police had ignored very vital proof which was they found a pillow cover with blood stains on it in Krishna's house.

I think it was a insider job and only one of the prime suspects (or all of them together) would have killed either Arushi or Hemraj or both. The case as such wasn't a perfect murder but it was made so due to gross mishandling of proofs and negligence on the part of police or CBI. Ironically CBI from the beginning of its investigation had made up their minds that Arushi's parents were murderers and investigated the case in that direction only.
Except the theory that one of the servants/Krishna murdered Aarushi still leaves the question of motive. If op-eds are to be believed he was a psychopath and so he murdered her. But that would be acceptable only if he was not drunk that night. They can't be both true at the same time. If the murder was done under the influence of alcohol, there would have been more mistakes.
The recent Pradyumn case has shown everyone what most already know to be true: the lower class people will always be suspected first by the police. I have no doubt all the servants were tortured too. Nothing could be a more obvious proof of their innocence. All of them were drunk and must have suspected each other of being the murderer when they were all tortured by the police. Under certain circumstance, a person may hold a certain belief. By repeatedly thinking about an issue in a particular way, he begins to believe that what he is thinking is right. But it need not necessarily be the truth. That is why when Narco test was conducted on them, they all said they were drinking together but someone "other than them" went and murdered Aarushi. Nobody even under the Narco test confessed to committing the crime himself. Not only this even the murder weapon was never found.
If you had a servant in your house who lived with you I would assume it implied that you trusted him. I highly doubt he would be my first suspect even if someone got murdered in my house. Unless of course I am the real murderer framing him. The way I see it the Talwars did the deed. Were witnessed by Hemraj, murdered him too. Hid his body in the terrace. Or planned to pin the murder on Hemraj and that is why lured him to the terrace and murdered him. Probably planned to send the police on a wild goose chase and dispose of the other body when nobody was paying attention. In the FIR too they blamed Hemraj. They were not in shock. But they probably did not expect the country-wide media attention which ruined their plans.
But in a country where Salman Khan can go free, it is not surprising that they managed to get themselves acquitted. The police letting everyone walk all over the crime scene probably helped a lot too.
And of course this is all just speculation from watching too many Western crime TV shows. I could be totally wrong.

If the parents really didn't do it, then I feel more pain for them than the daughter herself. Daughter died once and for all. But the parents die socio economically and spiritually every day.

i think it would be wrong to let ourselves get taken over by emotions. its easy to feel bad for the parents because how could parents kill their own child. but in the course of history many parents have killed their children (indrani). stranger things have happened and nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. similarly in the course of history, many servants have killed their employers.
so in this case its better to just look at just the hard facts objectively. in its most likelihood, its either the parents or the servants. there is a very small probablity of friends, family or neigbours doing it because whoever did it was a trusted person as there was no sign of forced entry into the house.
