@Neanderthal what info would be available by the end of the day?? something coming from DoPT?? and did you hear anything more about that cadre allocation along with Service allocation (like which corroborates the news).....do we have any word about the list containing categories?? the year I have qualified everything is delayed and so mysterious....
No one picking up the phone number given in the notification (Vineet Sir - Section officer).
Checked with UPSC office - Farid sir was on a leave - came back on Wednesday - but since then - not pickign up the phone
Did anyone of you manage a medical test completion certificates from the hospitals - which were mentioned in the letters (given during interview) - they denied to give it to anyone in my batch of people
@Dulali Nope, no certificate whatsoever to anyone in my group either.
@all The dossiers will be reaching DoPT in the next hour or so. Service allocation business to commence Monday onwards. A few things need to be done prior to matching the perference with the rank with the vacancies- a. Check whether the candidate has cleared the medical tests and such. b. Whether the candidate is to be treated as a reserved candidate or not. c. Whether creamy layer is applicable on the OBC candidates who have applied as non-creamy layer candidates.
By next Friday, service allocation for the first 200 odd candidates should be done. After that, it gets a tad messy and takes time to fit all the parameters together. However, the final list will be released for all the candidates together- somewhere around July 3rd week.
Will add more updates as and when I get hold of some info. Cheers!
But, what is keeping UPSC back from releasing the list with marks of all recommended candidates like last year. Farid sir on leave - will join on Monday.
