Hey! Can anyone help me here. I have a doubt , what if someone is already in services, gets a rank again and doesnt join. Does DoPT has mechanism to deal with such situation and weed out the unwilling candidates?
@manndj As per my info dopt asks the candidate about joining and if candidate is not willing to join then seat is allotted to next candidate.... I think this topic is discussed in this thread earlier... U can look in previous posts....

As per rti, the number of vacancies for irs(c&e) is around 115 for general category.Last year irs(c&e) closed at 522 for general category.Can we expect this year it would go beyond 522.what are the possibilities?

@dixitsmriti7 Absolutely it would go beyond 522... Vacancies are 117 for gen this year... But how far beyond it will go depends upon the preferences and other factors such as general merit candidates, candidates recommended who are already in service etc....
Hi frnds Someone please clarify whether service allocation will be done for temporarily unfit candidate s also now along with others or is it done only afterwards they are declared fit? Am currently 18 weeks pregnant and as per rules I am temporarily unfit... Thanks in advance
