Hi Friends, I believe Philosophy optional is the least discussed optional on the forum . But post 2014 mains results there is a visible change . People are discussing it but with a bit hopelessness and some even thinking to change the optional. some talking about mass failure , secret groups ,test series ,classes, material etc etc..
Well all of you can go ahead and join the test series but the choices are limited and there are mixed responses by seniors who have taken it earlier .
Now coming to the
Purpose of this thread :
Answer writing / practice - -We can discuss and write answers on
each and every question asked by UPSC in last 10 years .
-I believe some among us have great love & knowledge about the subject and these people can help us all to understand the subject.
- When we show our answer to a teacher , he reviews it in 10 seconds or even less ! but that do not help . Here we can have few people who have written mains or given interviews who can be bit generous to take the pain to do the value addition to our answers . (even they would learn a lot out of this practice )
-even if senior players do not help we will learn a lot about the subject in the pursuit of critically analyzing each other's answers
- We can join the test series after prelims as well . So if we can continue with answer writing during next 2 months , we will be more confident about the test series and i am sure our answers will be far better than others.
- This thread can be used to clear our doubts and brainstorm about the concepts as well .
We have
2 months in hand to prepare our optional , so that post prelims 2015 we will get ample time to revise . So guys please come forward and we can plan rest of the things together .
P.S : Even though there was almost no response to my queries earlier but still i dare to create this thread. I hope at least 2-3 people will join the initiative.
