We can start topic wise, say chapter 1 of socio-political (Liberty, equality, justice), scan past years' papers to select questions and decide time frame to post answers (either write them online or write offline and upload scanned answers on dropbox/google drive). We can complete socio-political part in say 2 weeks, then religion part.
After this we can move on to Indian and western philosophy, start writing answers topic wise,do peer evaluation.
This is just a broad idea, suggestions are welcome.
@SamratAshok yeah that's good. my point is even if we follow this ..we need to make sure few things to make it sustainable and for all ,like :
1. to make it inclusive : (for freshers ) Each topic should be given ample time to be read and then few hrs can be decided to discuss the topic . i.e people can ask doubts if they have any.
2. once deadline for reading and discussion is over , then time frame can be decided to attack the questions and post the answers (either via online posting or through g drive/dropbox as u said.)
You might think that it may be bit time consuming but that way only it can be sustainable and more people will get benefits of the initiative .
Example - Topics for next 2 days - liberty,equality,justice . discussion on the 2nd days/3rd day (at a specified time ) + then decide time frame to answer all the questions ..say 2 days as u said scoring marks in paper 2 is very challenging as it's more dynamic then i believe doing things in haste will not work out ....we can give enough time to do important things/ critical areas and rest can be done with time as we can work together till Nov 2015 .

Even I would also suggest that v should begin with socio-political philosophy so that eventually a momentum sets in. Even if we dont have sufficient books, the topics are general nd can be googled .Hence ,more participation. After finishing paper 2 we can switch over to paper 1 as suggested above. And I completely agree with your above suggestion to make it inclusive as it will definitely be sustained. I'm myself a fresher with no prior knowledge in the above discipline. This is indeed the need of the hour after post 2014mains results.
